The Four Step Process
- Assessment: Evaluating weaknesses and vulnerabilities for each school / business location.
- Fortifying / Outfitting: Providing improvement opportunities for vulnerabilities through implementation of placards, blueprints for dispatch and school entrances, and key boxes.
- Planning: Teaching and training schools, Law Enforcement, and dispatch centers regarding the locations of Helicopter Landing Zones, EMS, incident commanders, closed roads, crisis sites, reunification sites, etc.
- Rehearsals / Mock Drills / Debriefings
